Alongside your order summary appearing on the webpage, once your order has gone through, you will also receive an email confirmation on the address you submitted.

Apart from collectable or special edition pieces, which have strictly limited stock numbers, we will always try to keep the rest of our range in stock as much as possible.
Due to many of our products being sourced from small, independent businesses, it may take a little longer for certain items to become available again. If something you would like to buy is unavailable, we do offer a Pre-order service. The ability to pre-order a product will be shown on the product page.
If you spot a mistake or would like to change your delivery address, contact shop@courtauld.ac.uk as soon as possible after making your order and we will try our best to amend this for you. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do once your order has already been dispatched.
Of course. We want every customer to be completed happy with their purchase from the Courtauld shop, but appreciate that now and then people may change their minds. You’ll find instructions for returning your items on the receipt slip inside your order, or else visit our refund and returns page for more information.
