We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.
Depending on the size of your order, the average delivery time is 2-5 days from the date of dispatch. All orders are sent using reliable services including Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Our custom prints are dispatched by our supplier and have a separate delivery charge that is calculated by weight at checkout. Our custom prints are bespoke and are made to order, taking 10 working days to produce
from the date of your order. They are then despatched the next working day and
the average delivery time is 2-5 days from date of despatch.
As custom prints are despatched by our supplier the delivery charge will vary depending on the size, shape and weight of your print (see Shipping Prices below)
Our Teemill products are dispatched by our supplier and have a separate delivery charge that is calculated by weight at checkout (see Shipping Prices below).
They are made to order, taking 5 working days to produce from the date of your order.
They are then despatched the next working day and the average delivery time is
2-5 days from date of despatch.
Production starts as soon as the order is placed so cancellations can rarely be made.
Please allow 17 days from the date of purchase. The rugs are not available for Click & Collect at the Gallery shop.
Please allow 28 days from the date of purchase for all deliveries and click & collect. When you collect your limited edition,
we ask for photo ID.
We offer a Click and Collect service that enables you to collect your order from the gallery shop in the lower ground floor of the
Courtauld.
Orders can be collected within 2-4 days of placing your order, unless stated in the product description. Simply speak to a member of the shop team when you arrive at the shop and please have your order number or order confirmation email.
We will keep your order for 28 days from the day it is ready for collection. After that, we will return the item(s) to stock and refund you via your original payment method. If you are unable to pick up your order within 28 days, please email us at shop@courtauld.ac.uk to see if it is possible to extent the holding period.
Items available for click and collect only will show at check out as "shipping not available", please make sure you tick delivery Pick Up before payment.

If you refuse a parcel or wish to return it, a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund once it has been returned to us.

USA deliveries are subject to Regular Carrier Charges, Handing Fees, Duty Payable Fee and Tariffs (COO). These are all
calculated at checkout. Exemptions: Certain products are EXEMPT from the tariffs, relevant to us are BOOKS and LTD ED PRINTS. These are protected as ‘of educational and cultural importance’ under the First Amendment of the US Constitution so there are no tariffs to pay- just duty, freight and handling charges.
If you refuse a parcel or wish to return it, a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund once it has been returned to us.

Where international deliveries are subject to local customs charges and fees, it will be your responsibility to pay these, and they are not included in the cost of delivery.
